🚨 A reminder to get your submissions into the inquiry relating to the electricity outages affecting the Far West - submissions close Monday, February 10, 2025.

I secured the NSW Government's support in requesting this inquiry and drafted the terms of reference, which will guide the Committee's work.

The Inquiry will review a range of issues surrounding the outages, including how they occurred and the effectiveness of measures electricity providers take to respond to major outages. It will make recommendations on preparation and mitigation strategies that may help safeguard the Far West NSW in the future.

1. Delicious traditional Black Forest cake with Morello cherries and Kirsch, decorated with Crème Chantilly, glace cherries and grated dark chocolate dusted with icing sugar. Greeting on icing plaque.
2. Cute lion edible decoration made at September workshop.
3. A4 sized vanilla buttercake layered with strawberry jam and cream, iced with white buttercream, decorated with side rosettes, golden yellow piped roses, blossoms and leaves plus piped greeting.

1) A4 sized chocolate cake for the Commonwealth Bank staff reunion, buttercream icing in corporate colours.
2) Another A4 sized chocolate cake for a family gathering to celebrate a few birthdays, the top left blank for cake toppers.
3) A 7" chocolate birthday cake for Dad, iced with white chocolate ganache flavoured with a hint of peppermint and coloured with a hint of green for a loved father who moved to BH, 1100km from his daughter.
4) 5" x 10" tall chocolate cake made for a cake decorating workshop, to practise the latest design, iced with blue and white fondant, and given to a good friend for his birthday.
