I had so much fun creating this Ocean/Nemo cake for a little girls 1st Birthday .
Chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream and a smooth fondant finish. Everything is edible. Including Nemo! But how could you, hes so cute !

A beautiful friend asked me to create a cake for her mums 80th Birthday celebration. Her mum loves the ocean and the colours of the cake are based on the invitation colours.
The inside of the cake is full of sprinkles with little whale tails, so when it's cut, the sprinkles trickle out .
