Our Spelt & Seeds sourdough has been a market staple for a long time, but we know many of you have been craving that incredible spelt flavor without the seedy crunch.

The Plain Spelt Sourdough.
We get a lot of questions about which of our breads are "tummy-friendly." While all our sourdough is long-fermented, this new loaf is a standout. Spelt is an ancient grain known for being more water-soluble and often easier to digest than modern wheat.
By using a slow, traditional sourdough method, we let time do the work—breaking down the grain to create a loaf that is light on the stomach and full of natural, nutty flavor.

While spelt is an ancient grain, it does contain gluten and is not suitable for Coeliacs—but it is a fantastic, gentler alternative for those looking to avoid modern wheat!
