Mother’s Day Special: Four Seasons Peach Cake
We’ve been working on this one for a while. The goal was to keep it light and fresh.
We used Four Seasons Spring Oolong for the tea sponge so it has a nice floral scent. Inside, there’s soft peach jelly and mousse, and we added a tiny bit of raspberry cream on top for a little tang so it’s not too heavy.
