Peter first took over the Deli in March of 1987 . The deli had name changed before. trading since the mid 50s. Peter decided to keep the name and from there has grown over the years. The Swiss Gourmet has also built a

large catering client base all over brisbane and outer suburbs. We pride ourselves in being a true deli. A large range of our products are made in house. Our Gourmet Sandwich Bar has had regulars coming back for the last 33 Years from all over.
