My name is Laura and I'm passionate about clean gluten free products. I used to bake wheat Sourdough but when I chose to break up with gluten 🙅, I realised that TASTY gluten free bread, free from gut-irritating ingredients, was near impossible to find; and gluten free Sourdough, nonexistent. So, I set about creating my own gluten free starter and over the past 6 months have perfected an entire TASTY and CLEAN Organic Gluten Free Sourdough range of products.
