Something a bit different - NZ lollycake cheesecake. Strawberry Vanilla flavoured cheesecake on a traditional kiwi lollycake base. Was a massive hit too, perfect for Christmas Day dessert 😍 taking orders $30 for a large cheesecake - 16 serves

I’ve had a bit of a break this year, only made a few cakes for family. Dining one for a friend this week has made me realise that I do really still enjoy this! I’m thinking of doing an order for Christmas Cupcake boxes, more details to come 👍
