🧧 Happy Lunar New Year everyone! This year I attempted to make tri colour Banh Tet using pandan leaves, Mangenta Leaves and perennial melon (the orange one) to naturally dye to rice! This was fun but so time consuming 😩

🍍 Pineapple tarts/cookies are the perfect desserts everyday but especially during lunar new year! This year lunar new year is at the end of Jan, it’s usually our biggest time of the year. Please get your orders in soon especially if you’d like the salted egg pineapple cookies! For anyone new, the details are:

📍 Pick up from Calamvale
🍍 $1.50 for original pineapple cookies
🥜 $2 for macadamia pineapple cookies
🥚 $3 for salted egg pineapple cookies

⭐️ min. of 20 cookies per order, happy for you to mix and match. For example 10 macadamia and 10 salted egg.

🍍 salted egg pineapple cookies are BACK - thanks everyone that have been patiently waiting, if you tried to order last month please check your inbox!

The salted eggs cookies are limited as we preserve the salted eggs ourselves, it takes roughly 45 days. We have tried using the salted eggs from the Asian grocers but it’s usually way too salty.

Besides this flavour our original pineapple cookies and macadamia cookies are also available for order.

Hellooooo.. I know it’s been a minute. I’ve spent the last month in Vietnam.. eating, relaxing and more eating. Took a bit of a break but we’re back BABY!!

Pineapple cookies inspired from the Malaysian pineapple tart. Freshly made using real ingredients. Cookies last 4 weeks in an airtight container.

🥚 The next batch of preserved salted egg ready to go!!! We can make roughly 80 🍍 cookies from this so please DM me if you’d like to place an order before it’s gone, esp. for anyone who missed out last time. As always we have pineapple cookies and macadamia pineapple cookies too!

🔊 SOLD OUT of Salted Egg Pineapple Tarts. Wow thank you everyone for the orders this week - we have unfortunately sold out of the salted egg.

We make our own salted egg and our next batch won’t be ready for another 5 weeks. You can still get the classic pineapple and/or macadamia pineapple!

💡 FUN FACT - our pineapple cookies are roughly 40g… almost double the size of other pineapple cookies on the market. Did I mention the cookies are freshly made to order, no preservatives and you would be supporting a local business? 😉

🍍Malaysian & Singaporean inspired pineapple tarts anyone? Ours are more like a cookie and come in 3 different flavour variations:

🥚 SALTED EGG: for salted egg lovers you need to give this a try. The salted egg adds extra creaminess and decadence to the cookie balancing the tart pineapple filling.

🍍CLASSIC PINEAPPLE: Buttery. Tarty. Flaky. Enough said

🌰 MACADAMIA PINEAPPLE: think buttery crust with crunchy macadamia pieces. The macadamia adds texture to the cookie, giving it a slight crunch. My personal favourite 🤩.

All made using fresh (never frozen or canned) and made to order. DM for orders or if you have any questions.
