So excited to work alongside so many incredible restauranteurs and support other local businesses within our community.

This week, our amazing Head Pastry Chef Gerleesa had the honour of working alongside Sarah Baldwin owner and head chef of to bring Sarah’s famous Mont Blanc dessert to Darvella in croissant form. A dessert that means so much to her, reimagined through pastry.

And if you don’t already know Joy… it’s an intimate 10-seat restaurant experience that books out months in advance for a reason. Sarah was also named Gourmet Traveller’s Restaurant Personality of the Year, with Joy recognised in Australia’s Top 100 Restaurants such a special collaboration for our team.

We also feel incredibly lucky to be surrounded by so many talented chefs and operators across Brisbane, from pastry to Thai cuisine, all helping shape such a beautiful food community.
