Crowd Favourite DOTs are back for another weekend plus some pretty epic mini cakes and the new savoury kid on the block 🥁 FRESHLY BAKED PRETZELS brushed with garlic butter and served with beer cheese sauce! Everything is made and baked from scratch by me.

✨ This weekend's line-up includes: • S'mores Cookie Sandwich • DOT Cookie • Birthday DOT Deluxe • Banana Split Deluxe • Razzmatazz • Pork & Prawn Sausage Rolls • Hot Fresh Pretzels with Beer Cheese Sauce • Pork & Prawn Sausage Roll.

BRISBANE! Since you have all been begging me for these, the DOT CAKES ARE BACK!

Birthday and Tiramisu DOTs are back by popular demand. A new riff on my own Banana Pudding DOT and a brand new flavour.... COOKIE DOUGH!

I heat treated the flour for the cookie dough so other than food safety reasons (which is obviously important), the cookie dough tastes EXCELLENT and not at all like raw uncooked flour (which to me is just as important). It's soft, luscious and dotted with dark chocolate chips that melt in your mouth. It's as nostalgic as you can get.

My opening hours are extended slightly this weekend as I'm expecting you all to come knocking.

Thursday I close at 10pm strictly.
Friday 10am - 10pm or sold out
Saturday 9am - 10pm or sold out
Sunday 9am - 2pm or sold out

I have brought back a few of the favourites for this weekend!
The cookies went viral, the Lamb Pies and Pork & Prawn Sausage Rolls had people travelling in from as far as the Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba plus the DOT cakes have people talking nation wide!

Thank you for all the love, support and encouragement. I am a team of 1 (yes I'm on the lookout for more help!) and am working 16+ hour days to bring you some of the most lovely desserts and comforting savouries. I hope you all enjoy your savoury & sweet treat favourites as well as the new kids on the block this week.

Honey & Yolkos version of the Viral Decadent Hot Chocolate adorned with the silkiest torched marshmallow. Add a scoop of burnt honey chantilly or vanilla bean chantilly and pair it with a macadamia or milk crumb crumble. Finishing off with a salted caramel or chocolate drizzle, this hot chocolate is my take on the viral NYC beauty found at GLACE

Gluten Free deserves to be next level! Everyone says you can't tell my vanilla gluten free cakes are gluten free, they're super fluffy and exactly like my signature Vanilla Bean buttercake 🍰

Fresh Banana, my Signature Banana Crème Pâtissière, Marscapone Chantilly, White Chocolate Milk Crumbs, Vanilla Bean Buttercake, Sprinkles. You can't get much better than this.

I've put together some beauties fitting for this weekend's damp cool weather.

House made malted vanilla bean soft serve melting into warm scoopable cookies, dark chocolate crèmeux tucked into choux drizzled with espresso caramel, hot doughnuts straight from the fryer filled with house made raspberry jam and rolled in sugar, slow roasted lamb pies wrapped in flaky puff as well as a few 'Saturday only' savoury specials. The crowd favourites on the menu as always, Banana Split Éclair & Lemon Meringue Tarts
