Gluten Free deserves to be next level! Everyone says you can't tell my vanilla gluten free cakes are gluten free, they're super fluffy and exactly like my signature Vanilla Bean buttercake 🍰

Fresh Banana, my Signature Banana Crème Pâtissière, Marscapone Chantilly, White Chocolate Milk Crumbs, Vanilla Bean Buttercake, Sprinkles. You can't get much better than this.

I've put together some beauties fitting for this weekend's damp cool weather.

House made malted vanilla bean soft serve melting into warm scoopable cookies, dark chocolate crèmeux tucked into choux drizzled with espresso caramel, hot doughnuts straight from the fryer filled with house made raspberry jam and rolled in sugar, slow roasted lamb pies wrapped in flaky puff as well as a few 'Saturday only' savoury specials. The crowd favourites on the menu as always, Banana Split Éclair & Lemon Meringue Tarts

A hot pink & orange heart for .alexiou 21st Birthday.

I prefer the sharp point and voluptuous curves of this heart, a shape which isn't achievable with the standard heart cake tins which have a more rounded rather than sharp tip. I achieve this by baking round layers, cutting two sides off the round edges to achieve an ice cream cone type shape and plonking the two offcuts at the top, creating those voluptuous curves. I guess I'll make a tutorial for the visual learners 😉

3 layers of Chocolate Fudge Cake - my hybrid between a soft crumb and a brownie, Toffeed Brown Sugar Strawberry Jam, Macerated Strawberries, Bourbon Vanilla Bean Swiss Meringue Buttercream.

Tier 1:
Vanilla Buttercake, White Chocolate Crèmeux, Zesty Lemon Curd, Roasted Macadamia, Vanilla Bean Swiss Meringue Buttercream.

Tier 2:
Vanilla Buttercake, Gooey Salted Caramel, Milk Chocolate Ganache, Vanilla Bean Swiss Meringue Buttercream.

Tier 3.
Vanilla Buttercake, Sweet & Tangy Raspberry Compote, Vanilla Bean Swiss Meringue Buttercream.
