Some of you would have noticed our croissants have been absent from the usual locations over the last few weeks. Unfortunately we won't be making any croissants for a while due to a tragic illness in the family. Thank you so much for all your support over the last year and half. Hopefully we'll be back to baking in the not too distant future.

We've got some free samples of a new product today at The Green Edge - Brisbane's Largest Vegan Grocery Store & Cafe. The problem is we're not sure what to call it. It's a sweet pastry rose with a filling that tastes remarkably like honey! Some name suggestions would be appreciated.

I love the smell of dough rising!!

Although, it still doesn't beat the smell of a fresh croissant straight from the oven. But I'll have to wait until the early hours of the morning for that one 😉

Firstly, our apologies to those who have missed their vegan pastry treats over the last couple of weekends. Our family has suffered a loss and battled with illness.

We are donating some of our delicious croissants and pain au chocolat to the Farm Animal Rescue Australia Bake Sale tomorrow (Saturday) morning at Loving Hut Brisbane. Hope everyone can support this great cause.
