Good morning ♥️ a new month, a new week, a new day. Just wanted to say thank you to everyone who supported my fundraiser last month. All the proceeds went to my sister, neices and nephews back home in the states.
This weekend my brother and I delivered 137 mini cakes and many thank yous.
We wanted to create a facebook live and do the raffle on there but we just didn’t have time on the weekend. But I want to give a massive shout out and congratulations to Julia Lam who won the raffle basket. (I’ll post the screen recording of the raffle).
Felt the love from the community, friends and family over here in Australia this month. Thank you again ♥️♥️♥️♥️

Hello everyone; I am still unable to provide custom made cakes at this point in time. However I am selling mini cakes. Please take your time to read the post. Thank you so much ♥️♥️♥️♥️

This past week my family lost a partner, dad, son, brother, cousin, uncle, nephew and all around beautiful soul. It’s times like this my brother and I wish we could jump on a plane and go be with our sister and her kids.
However, we would like to do a fundraiser so we can help out, with all proceeds going to her and her family. I have always admired my sister Hooxei Niibei’s hard work and dedication she has for her and her family and grateful to be in a position where I can offer even the smallest amount of support from afar to her ♥️

We will be baking mini cakes, equivalent to about two cupcakes. I’ll add an example photo in the comments (minus the Christmas decor). Easy to carry, easy to eat.
$5 a cake. To avoid overbaking and be able to assist our sister faster, we’re asking for pre-order and pre-pay. We will be delivering these cakes on 28.02 in Bright, Mount Beauty, and Myrtleford. If you live in Albury/Wodonga, I can deliver your cakes 01.03 (Sunday)

The 2 flavours to choose from are:
- Lemon Vanilla: Vanilla cake with lemon curd and lemon butter curd
Or
- Black Forest: chocolate cake with cherry filling and Chocolate buttercream.

For every cake purchased, your name will be added to win a basket full of goodies pictured below. Special shout out to to taste Albury for helping with the Huski coolers and cake tins.
The basket will be drawn on the 27.02 and delivered along with your cakes.
If you still would like to participate but not a fan of cake; $5 and your name will be entered twice for the raffle.

I will be baking and distributing boxes on either Tuesday November 19th or Wednesday November 20th (your choice). Can deliver Bright, Beauty, Myrtleford and surrounds.

$25 for a box
Each box will include:
-1x Chocolate Black Forest
-1x Chocolate w/ Espresso buttercream
-1x Lemon Buttercream w/ lemon curd
-1x traditional vanilla w/ our signature light buttercream.
-some fun-sized fondant sugar cookies.

I’d still like to use this page to post cakes I’ve done recently but haven’t posted yet, or potentially make cookies during the holidays to sell. But unfortunately I the everything else I need to put it on pause. 💙

What a day! So busy & fun; only had time to take this quick photo of the boxes ready to be taken to the car. 😅
On behalf of Melena, Celena and myself, I’d like to thank everyone who participated in my fundraiser. All together i was able to make and distribute 36 boxes. 🎉💜
Thank you to everyone who ordered a box (or more!), to my beautiful friend who helped donate ingredients, my amazing friends at Mr. Pom Juice & Sanga Bar who let me set up shop for a couple of days, and to everyone who gave extra and to their family/friends who donated because they just wanted to help. All of your kindness has not gone unnoticed. I am thankful for the community I have around me 💜 everything that has been given to me will go straight to them as of tomorrow.
My Aunty and & sister are absolutely appreciative. I’m so happy they are able to fly over and do what they need to for their mum/grandmother.
I hope you all enjoy your treats, who received some! (Or who will be receiving them as I have a couple more deliveries tomorrow)

I’ll make a longer post this evening. But in between work and delivering boxes today I thought I’d quick do my raffle I had going as well & post results (and deliver any physical raffle gifts)
If you bought a cupcake box, you were put into my raffle I had as well. A box, a ticket.
Results:
1st prize: 4-inch ‘fancy piping’ cake (Leanne Bower-nee Trainor)
2nd prize: 12 cupcakes (Mt Beauty TakeOut)

🎉🎉Fundrasier time🎉🎉
Little bit of a spill but; I am doing a last minute fundraiser to help a family who are dear to my heart. Long story short, I’m helping my Aunty Melena and my sister Celena raise money to travel back to Canada. They come from the musqueam, Squamish & tsliel-waututh territory and will be travelling back last minute to be with Melena’s mother. I’m so fortunate and honoured to know Melena and will do anything to help them ❤️.
We know times are tough on everyone now-a-days, so any little bit helps. All proceeds will go towards their travel expenses. And any other questions, feel free to message me.
