Our sophisticated Beef & Red Wine Pie is a tribute to a French classic.

Ivan’s Pies recently participated in a fabulous Trade Mission to Seoul to connect with local food businesses and the Korean market. We then exhibited at Foodex Tokyo along with many other passionate Victorian and Australian producers. We met amazing people and it was great to catch up with our awesome partners from Horizon Farms.

Our delicious all butter puff export pies and quiche were popular and enjoyed by both locals and Australia’s ambassador to Japan, Andrew Shearer. Thank you to the professional and knowledgeable teams at Global Victoria and Austrade for your strong and ongoing support.

As the festive season approaches, we have been preparing our classic seasonal ingredients such as fresh brie, cranberries, sage, pork, honey and all butter pastry.

This week, the bakery was filled with warm, sweet, nostalgic aromas as we began our Christmas baking. Fresh out of the oven is our Brie & Cranberry Tartlets and our Pork, Sage, Honey & Cranberry Sausage Rolls.

Both pair perfectly with a glass of bubbles.

Even the wonderful crew are enjoying our new Bacon, Egg, Spinach & Tomato Breakfast Strudel!

Our delicious strudel is created with Australian naturally wood smoked bacon, spinach and sundried tomato then combined with free range egg, fresh ricotta and wrapped in golden puff pastry.

If you are lucky enough to be served our Breakfast Strudel on your next Qantas flight, we would love to hear your feedback.

Stacked high and stacked full of flavour!

Our Chicken and Vegetable Pie is our first chicken variety and dates back almost 40 years.

It's stacked full of tender chicken, fresh vegetables, cream and parsley. All wrapped up in our delicious shortcrust pastry and golden puff pastry lid.

Other more recent chicken varieties include the indulgent Chicken, Mushroom & Leek Pie and our authentic Red Thai Chicken Pie.

For the past 12 months our delicious BUTTER CHICKEN PUFF has been flying with Qantas on their evening meal service. Developed exclusively for Qantas, the BUTTER CHICKEN PUFF is a delicious combination of tender chicken sautéed in butter with onion, garlic, mild spices, tomato, cream and lemon juice then folded in our golden puff pastry and finished with a sprinkle of turmeric.

The BUTTER CHICKEN PUFF proved extremely popular, with the flying public sharing:
