June 19th - SERVING THE FIRST COFFEES

We opened the bus doors at Castle Hill with the plan to serve coffee to the nearby businesses and test run our new systems.

Instead, the day had other plans.

During the morning coffee rush, local business owners and staff stopped by to see what all the fuss was about. Before long, they were headed back to their desks to let the rest of their teams know that we had arrived.

By lunchtime, groups were arriving one after another to try our pies, and suddenly our “test run” had turned into a full day of service. With no marketing or opening announcement - it was busy from open to close, and hasn’t slowed down since!

We’re incredibly grateful for the support we have received from the Castle Hill community and people who stopped by to visit.

Hope to see everyone there ♥️
