This role is perfect for someone who enjoys and takes pride in traditional baking. We work with a long fermentation processes, and value craftsmanship, quality and consistency.
- must be familiar with dough preparation, mixing, shaping and baking bread.
- Must be prepared to work night/ early mornings
- reliable & and already lives in Adelaide.
