10 years to when I developed the recipe for our "Artisan" sprouted loaf and our "Bliss" cacao truffles. A few things have happened in all of our lives between then and now 😂 but the 3 day technique of hand crafting our breads with the highest integrity possible hasn't!
Soaking the seeds for 6 hours, Rinsing and germinating them overnight, and then mashing and fermenting them for 24 hours to result in a easily digestible, allergen-free, high-fibre, super-nutritious, tangy, loaf!
I've always had advice from others for automating or increasing productivity and efficiency ... horten or skip a step ... add fillers or binders ... but I've always prided myself on having no compromises here.
