A pretty cake for a 21st birthday. Chocolate sour cream cake filled and finished with dark chocolate ganache. Topped with a hand moulded rose and Macarons.

Congratulations Ben an Erin on your wedding day yesterday. I was delighted to deliver your cake to Blackbird bar and grill. What a view!!
The cake was a white chocolate cookies and cream mudcake, filled with Swiss meringue and white chocolate cookies and cream buttercream. Finished with hand made chocolate roses.
