BAKERY CLOSURE. The bakehouse is undergoing a flooring upgrade this weekend. Unfortunately this needs time to cure before use so we will be closed this Saturday, 9th of May.
Bread will be available for purchase at the Birchip cafe and IGA supermarket.

The Easter bake is done for another year. We hope everyone has a great Easter. We’ve got two nights off to enjoy with our family camping at Tchum Lake and we intend to make the most of it. Happy Easter!

We’re excited to welcome visitors and locals across the shire for a fantastic weekend of community events, including Harness Racing in Birchip and the Mali Heart Street Art Festival.

It’s a great time to explore our towns, support local events and enjoy everything the Buloke community has to offer.

⚠️ Travel reminder:
Heavy rain earlier this month in the north of the Shire, has left some roads closed and areas very muddy.
To help keep everyone safe and avoid getting bogged:
🚗 Please stick to sealed roads where possible
🚗 Beware of soft shoulders on roads
🚧 Obey road closure signs
🚧 Never drive through flood water
🌧️ Take extra care when travelling on rural roads
