Hi Guys, my good friend Filip Tibos has been nominated for Belgian-Australian Awards of Excellence for his work:

• With the First Nations and Aboriginal community
• His charitable works in youth su***de prevention and cancer research funding.
• For his community volunteering with the Australian Coastguard in Melbourne.
• For his decade-long work with young chefs, students and apprentices as a long-term Belgian ambassador for Belcolade chocolate with Apromo Trading and the Cacao-Trace brand in Australia.

So you can see he has done an incredible job bridging international communities by sharing and caring for the diverse cultures present in Australia!

In my eyes, Filip is one of the finest and most talented pastry chefs/chocolatiers in the world. I have had the pleasure of working with and knowing Chef Filip for 35 years.
