The first, last load at Adams Lane.

For the past 4.5 years James has stood in this same position night after night, loading, unloading, doing laps up and down a small space, mixing, shaping, directing traffic, slicing, packing, chatting with customers and the list goes on.

He is the hardest working person I know, the person who goes above and beyond everytime to make something work, has so much passion and drive behind him even when his body & mind is telling him to stop.

So this is a pretty big milestone, we had no idea how this business would go. Little did we think it would require a factory… but here we are and we’re still going to do our thing the way we’ve always done it.

Just with much better/ bigger ovens and a lot more space where the most used word in the bakery isn’t “behind” 🤣

We can’t actually believe we are here…

Phase 1 of this build is officially complete and the move into the factory is happening this Monday. So what does this mean?

Monday will be the last bake at Adams Lane as you know it, so come on down and say goodbye to the Bakers as they set up on Enterprise Avenue.

Due to the equipment move it does mean we will be closed Tuesday 19th & Wednesday 20th May, reopening as per normal on Thursday, 21st May.

If you are down on Enterprise Avenue feel free to pop your head in and say hello. We are so proud of this space!

Mother’s Day orders are officially open for Sunday, 10th May 2026. For those wanting to place an order please email [email protected] with the below details:

For the items that are available on pre-order please see above as to what is available in our Sourdough & Viennoiserie range.

Please note there is a $30 minimum spend for all pre-orders.

Pre-orders will close on Wednesday, 6th May at 5.00pm.

As always we will have the shelves fully stocked for walk-ins and when you come to collect your order you can also add to it as more items will be available.

Its been no secret we outgrew our little bakery sometime ago. So after 12 long months of planning we’ve finally started building the next phase of Blanc Bakery partnering with the best in the business

Welcome to our production space 🥐🫶 located on Enterprise Avenue right next to our mates @3806.beer

Don’t stress, Adams Lane isn’t going anywhere! However later this year it will have a new look and feel, more to offer etc. etc. 👀

We’re pretty excited for the next step and keen to show everyone the journey it has taken to get here.
