As the business evolves so do our people and we currently are recruiting for two positions within the bakery!

Back of house:
QUALIFIED BAKER

You will need to have a minimum 3 years experience as well as experience in working with sourdough/ slow fermentation bread plus pastry.

Front of house:
SENIOR SALES ASSISTANT

This opportunity doesn’t come up very often however we are looking for some fresh faces to join our front of house team! You must be able to work in a fast pace environment, great with customers & a strong communicator. Coffee experience is a bonus too!

Trading hours:
Monday - Friday: 7am - 2pm
Saturday & Sunday: 7.30am - 1.30pm

*Adams Lane is temporarily closed whilst the renovations take place

*Google is still verifying Blanc on Enterprise. If it says we’re closed ignore it!! Follow the post ✌️

It’s not goodbye, it’s a “we’ll see you soon” as we prepare for Adam’s Lane to have its renovations commence.

This Sunday, 26th July will be the last day of trade as you know it for Adams Lane. It will be closed for approximately 4 weeks whilst the works are being done.

Enterprise Avenue will be open 7 days a week whilst Adams Lane is closed delivering the freshest bread, best coffee and good vibes whilst we get a brand new bakery ready (again 😅) for you.

It’s a bitter sweet moment, end of an era type of feeling as this place as we know has become our second home. Not just for us but for so many people in the community.

We built this ourselves with the help of our friends & family to open something we were taking a chance on. This bakery has seen it all, has been scrubbed over & over again, pushed to the absolute limits but always delivered something we are proud of.

So come down this week and give it the send off it deserves and next week we’ll see everyone at Enterprise Avenue.

As we settle into running a second space Blanc on Enterprise will trade the following hours/ days:

Wednesday to Friday: 7am - 1.30pm
Saturday: 7.30am - 1.30pm

Everything is trading as per normal at Adams Lane.

We are very excited to announce the official opening of our new retail space & factory at 14 Enterprise Avenue, Berwick 3806.

Come on down this Saturday, 13th June from 9.30am - 10.30am to celebrate with us. What’s happening you may want to know?

🥖 plenty of bakery related games/ prizes to be won from local businesses
☕️ coffees are on us between 9.30am - 10.30am at Enterprise Avenue for those shopping at Enterprise
🌭 the boys from the brewery @3806.beer are jumping on the bbq and cooking some snags for us all
🧃 will be on site handing out free juices to everyone who is there
🎨 there will be face painting & balloon art for the kids
🧋 will be there with some special tastings for all the coffee heads!
