The first, last load at Adams Lane.
For the past 4.5 years James has stood in this same position night after night, loading, unloading, doing laps up and down a small space, mixing, shaping, directing traffic, slicing, packing, chatting with customers and the list goes on.
He is the hardest working person I know, the person who goes above and beyond everytime to make something work, has so much passion and drive behind him even when his body & mind is telling him to stop.
So this is a pretty big milestone, we had no idea how this business would go. Little did we think it would require a factory… but here we are and we’re still going to do our thing the way we’ve always done it.
Just with much better/ bigger ovens and a lot more space where the most used word in the bakery isn’t “behind” 🤣
