Bermagui honorbread regulars, please note we are adjusting our closing times ever so slightly. Bermi will now close (in line with our other stores) at 2pm Monday to Saturday and 1pm on Sundays. We are still open early from 7am to get your dawn caffeine fix, no changes there.
The coffee machine requires a fair bit of love every afternoon to clean it down so coffees will stop 10mins before closing.

He's a familiar face behind the coffee machine for those of us in Bermagui. Mikey's staff pick is our Good Morning Bun with olives. He says because it's the one most often left at the end of shift but we all know he can't resist all the deliciousness its loaded with. (That onion jam is next level good!)

Come in and try one. Alongside one of Mikey's very drinkable coffees, they are the best way to start a chilly day.

Honorbread (Bermagui) is looking for an enthusiastic Front of House / Barista to join our small, passionate bakery team. If you love great coffee, friendly service, and a busy bakery vibe — we'd love to hear from you.
The role:
• Friendly, efficient customer service
• Make & serve delicious coffees and beverages
• Sales & cash handling support
• Keep the café clean, organised, stocked
• Share knowledge of our bread + pastries with customers 🥖✨
Up to 30 hours per week
You are:
Positive, reliable, a great communicator, and able to work well in a team (and independently).
Barista/hospitality experience preferred — training available.
Availability: mornings, weekends, school + public holidays.
