PJ’s Bakehouse in Kelso (Bathurst NSW) is seeking an Experienced Baker to join our team.

Position: Full-time
Salary: $60,000 per annum + Superannuation

Duties

• Daily preparation and baking of breads, rolls, pies and pastries
• Mixing, shaping and oven work
• Early morning starts
• Maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards
• Assisting with stock control and ordering

Requirements

• Previous bakery experience is essential
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Good work ethic and attention to quality

This is a stable long-term position in a busy local bakery.
