Bavarian ($15/8)

Bentinck - a discern bread for a discerning eater. Light with spelt and a touch of rye.
Pale As - as close to boofy white bread as I make
Bavarian - if you like chewy, caraway bread in large round lumps- this bread is for you. Full loaf goes in the oven at 1350g. (It'll take you a while to eat, but it freezes very well).

(Spicy = caraway, nigella, fennel, sesame, linseed, sunflower and others; Bird = all spicy minus nigella, caraway and fennel)

ps: No seeds on the PA - I know the photo is a time when I made this bread with a mixed sesame seed jacket, I don't have a reference photo because I don't make this bread often. It's 95% white and 5% rye, so probs not for sensitive tummies.

Thurs 30th Oct - Country ($10/9/7.50), Halloween Bread ($10/9/7.50), Bentinck ($10/9/7.50) +$1 for spicy or bird seed jackets, Porridge and Buckwheat ($11/5.50)

Order Porridge by Monday 3pm and the rest by Tuesday 3pm.

Hello Bathurst,
It's Easter week coming up!

Long fermented, sourdough Easter buns.

They're chai spiced and light on the sugar. Made from scratch and every one hand rolled.

They're easy on the tummy if anyone has trouble digesting gluten.
