🦩THE FLAMINGO CAKE🦩
This one ended up being a little more challenging than expected!!
It was the middle of summer🥵🫠
The white chocolate feathers kept melting and the flamingo head topper that i had ordered didn’t arrive in time😩 But with a little bit of improvising and lots of ice bricks it turned out fantastic💖 And most importantly the special birthday girl loved it 😊

Happy birthday to me🥳
3 layer butter cake with whipped Nutella and chocolate chip filling in the top layer and a thick home-made caramel sauce in the bottom layer. Covered with Chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream and hand piped buttercream flowers😋
