Pascale Artisan Bakery Our goal is quality over quantity. You can also place your order for any events. Orders are made one or two weeks in advance.

Based in Sunshine Bay NSW, Pascale Artisan Bakery is a home bakery that produces small batch baked goods, this allows us to focus on keeping our products beautiful and flavourful. You can find our products at the Sunday markets on the first and third Sunday of the month at the Corrigans Reserve Beach from 8am to 1pm.

A heartfelt thank you ❤️

After 7 wonderful years, we have made the difficult decision to say goodbye to our bakery.

It has been an incredible journey, and we are so grateful to each and every one of you who has supported us along the way. Your loyalty, kind words, and love for our pastries have meant more to us than we can put into words.

But, as they say, there is an end to everything. Sometimes an ending is also the beginning of something new and exciting.

From this weekend onwards, we will be making delicious Crêpes fresh on site at the market!

We can’t wait to continue sharing our food with you, just in a new way. We hope you’ll come along, enjoy a freshly made crêpe, and be part of this new adventure.

Thanks again for an amazing 7 years.

Dear Wonderful Customers,

This is a message we've been putting off for quite some time.

Many of you know that we've done our best to keep our prices unchanged despite the increases in the cost of ingredients and electricity. We have absorbed these rising costs for as long as possible because we wanted to continue offering our products at the prices you've come to know.

Unfortunately, the time has come when we need to make a small adjustment to some of our prices.

As a small business, every product is made with care, quality ingredients, and a lot of hard work. This increase will help us continue providing the quality viennoiserie you enjoy while allowing our business to remain sustainable for the future.

We are incredibly grateful for your loyalty, encouragement, and support. Whether you've been with us from the beginning or have only recently discovered us.
