I’ve been a bit quieter as of late. Over the last couple months I’ve been cramming study hours for finishing my HSC, which unfortunately hasn’t left much time for extracurriculars!
Although, I have an exciting announcement! 📣
I am extremely excited to announce I have been accepted into the National Art School of Australia, commencing in 2027! 🎉
Thank you to everyone for your continued support, and after exams are over I will be back to making art! So if you’re interested in a unique Christmas present, let me know!

I’ve had the pleasure of my works being displayed in the beautiful Art Gallery of Swan Hill as part of the student section in the 2026 Swan Hill national print & drawing awards!
Thank you to the Gallery & staff for this wonderful opportunity😊.

I’ve had the great pleasure of putting a couple of my works in Clubarham for the artist exhibition!
It’s been an amazing opportunity to sell a couple pieces and also connect with some new people.
A big thank you to Veronica Martens for setting up this experience for local artists😊.
Whilst there is still around a week left of the exhibition, make sure to pop down to Clubarham to check it out!

Thanks to the 300 followers that have joined my page! I thought it would be a good time for a proper introduction for those that don’t know me.
My name is Sarah and I’m 16 years old currently studying year 12.
Over the last 3 years, I’ve slowly been growing Sarah’s Studio (originally ‘Polky’s Pens’), expanding from timber pens, to chopping boards, art, and much more!
I’ve also attended a number of markets, exhibitions, art competitions, and events to further my business.

Currently, I have three collections growing:
- Handmade cards featuring Australian animals
- 2026, Horse collection using oil paints
- And my small items/animals collection (soon to be released)

I am also very lucky to have my cards in the Barham Newsagents, some paintings at the CluBarham art expo, and soon to have paintings at the Cohuna Art Gallery.

Thank you to everyone who has provided their continuous support as the business grows, and stay tuned and exciting things are coming!
