Hey there, lovely bread lovers! 👋 After years of cakes, flaky pastries and buttery croissants, I’m diving into the wonderful world of **sourdough**—and I’m so excited to share this journey with you!

Meet **Pino**, my wild, bubbly, and very much alive sourdough starter (cultured from scratch with lots of love and patience). 🥖💖 Together, we’re learning, experimenting, and (hopefully) baking some gorgeous, crusty loaves with that perfect tangy chew.

Offbeet Eatery will be shutdown until March as we undertake extended preparations for some new changes and our relocation to a place near you.
