Before the pitchforks come out… in a moment of weakness, I ordered some M&M’s off Amazon as a cheeky snack 👀 (yes, I'm ceoliac, but sometimes a late night craving i settle for a may contain and "let the chips fall where they may")

Well, they showed up with NO gluten warning at all. No “may contain”… nothing. I didn’t believe it. Double checked the supermarket packets (maybe things changed?) and they all had the usual may contain statement. So I held onto those precious little M’s knowing one day they’d have a purpose.

Then, like it was fate or a sign from God, this order came in 😂

Man, I hate the AI marketing everyone’s doing lately 😂
But at the moment I only have photos of the single-slice tasting boxes I’ve done previously, and I wanted to show the new round cake concept for this release.

I promise next time I’ll use photos of the real thing once I’ve made these properly 😂

AI is a useful tool, but definitely not always the answer - fun fact, apparently it’s wrong 45% of the time. Just look at the “white chocolate” cake in the picture 💀

Cookie dough is SO much better after a night in the fridge 🤭

I mix up big batches, let it rest overnight, then portion and freeze—ready to bake fresh over the next few days. It saves me around 1.5 hours in that final baking window… which means more time to create extra goodies for you 😏
