I am a City Of Ballarat Registered Kitchen, so my cakes can be taken into any venue without any issue. Venues can and have refused cakes that have not been prepared in a registered kitchen. I am a Wilton trained decorator and I specialise in novelty and 3D sculpted cakes. I hate to waste any leftover buttercream, so brookie sandwiches it was.
These are a cross between a cookie and a brownie and are delicious, they don't last long with the boys around though 😁

A simple orange cake, with an orange curd filling and vanilla bean buttercream. Finished off with dehydrated orange slices to celebrate an eightieth birthday.

I can't get enough of these number cakes. They can be customised to suit your favourite colours and toppings.
Pink and white themed seem to be the most popular at the moment.
This was made from my signature chocolate cake with a vanilla bean butterceam filling and icing.
Topped with macarons and meringue kisses made by me and complimented with fresh berries and flowers.

A fun cake made to look like a basket of knitting yarn.
The basket was made from individually rolled and handout pieces of fondant, which was then painted to give the look of an old style basket.
The balls of yaen were made from a cake pop mix covered in chocolate ganache and covered with handrolled pieces of fondant.
The cake was my signature chocolate cake with a vanilla bean buttercream filling and chocolate ganache.
