After having some very emotionally fuelled conversations with customers about su***de and seeing their pain and guilt, I wanted to share something that as someone who grew up struggling mentally, can resonate with.
If this can help ease a friend, a mum, a dad from feeling that unimaginable pain of loss, hurt and asking why? then I will be thankful.
