A few weeks ago we had the pleasure of taking this cake to the Royal Children's Hospital for Nathan's going away party 🎉 He loves Mickey Mouse and was heading off to Disney Land thanks to Make-A-Wish Australia ❤️ Thanks to Cake Angels for connecting us decorators with kids and families who need cakes ☺️💕

This Magical cake was made by the very talented Marina at Tiers Cakery for a very special young man named Nathan who's Make-A-Wish Australia wish is to visit Disneyland! We think this cake is perfectly fitting!

Oh just a giant cupcake balancing on another giant cupcake, on a recipe book… that are all made of cake🙈 Happy Birthday Katie! The perfect cake for a red and white donut and cupcake baking party! The giant cupcakes are chocolate mud cake and the book is our delicious white chocolate and raspberry cake 😋

Here's the little cake table we put together for Very Special Kids bereaved siblings day ❤ Everyone at Very Special Kids was so amazing, and they do such fantastic work! We hope all the families who came along had a really lovely day 💕Thanks for letting us be a small part of it, and thank you to Cake Angels for connecting us ☺️ On the table for the parents were toblerone cheesecake tarts and salted caramel mouse tarts and for the kiddies a jar or chocolate crackles, a jar of lemon slice, another of cookies, jelly cups, popcorn, chocolates, lollies and of course there was also the white chocolate and chocolate mud balloon cake 😋

Avatar Korra! Any Last Airbender/ Legend of Korra fans here? I loved both series, based in a world made up of 4 nations, the earth, air, water and fire nation, where people were able to 'bend' (control) their nations element. In this world there is a single Avatar at a time, the only person who can bend all 4 elements. So here we have Avatar Korra, mastering her bending!

It was a lot of fun to make such a strong female character and play around with a bunch of different textures and mediums! Oh, and the cake is chocolate mud, with layers of Jaffa balls on the inside!

Wow! We smashed our goal of raising over $6k with an amazing total of $6,901.25 raised for the Good Friday Appeal! What an effort from everyone involved! A massive thank you to everyone who helped bake and decorate (even by candle light when the power went out on Thursday night), everyone who gave up time on a public holiday to help out at the stall, and of course, every single person who came past and made a donation and bought a cake or cupcakes! Once again, we are truely touched by the generosity of our community! Lots of love and Happy Easter to all 💕

Here are some of the decorations that will be on the mini cupcakes at our annual Good Friday Appeal fundraiser this year! Make sure you don't miss out this good Friday!

Every year we are overwhelmed by the generosity of our community, who come to our annual cake stall to support this great cause. Last good Friday we raised over $5,500, and this year we aim to raise $6,000. All the time and ingredients that go into creating these cakes and cupcakes are dontated, so every single cent spent at our good Friday cake stall goes directly to the Good Friday Appeal to support the royal children's hospital. There's just one week to go now, so mark the date and head down to 245 high street Ashburton to stock up on all the beautiful sweets you need to complete your Easter!

A simple but very pretty cake for my wonderful grandmas 70th! Happy birthday Yiayia💕 Inside is our scrumptious white chicolate and coconut cake with layers of raspberry ganache filling 😋
