Feeling peckish or want something yummy to share for dessert this weekend?

I have made extra and have two (only two!) delicious cake tasting boxes available now.

Each box contains:
1. Vanilla buttercake with vanilla bean buttercream
2. Sticky date cake with butterscotch sauce & butterscotch buttercream
3. Chocolate cake with choc hazelnut and chocolate ganache
4. Lemon cake with lemon curd
5. Raspberry white chocolate mud with raspberry coulis & vanilla buttercream
6. Choc mud with raspberry coulis & chocolate buttercream

The cake tasting box is $50, or if you want to also enjoy some lemon slice, GF brownie and GF caramel slice then I also have one mixed box available for $60.

Finally, it's here!!!

It's been a long time coming, and I am very excited to finally say, my Weddings & Special Occasions Guide is now available!

I've put together the things I get asked the most when it comes to choosing a wedding cake or desserts - flavours, shapes, sizes, delivery and decorations - all the details that you wouldn't even think of when you think - right, can't forget the cake!

I've pulled together all the things I get asked about when it comes to choosing a wedding cake - from flavours and sizes to serving numvers, styling, delivery and all the other little details that are easy to get overwhelmed or overlooked when you're planning a wedding.

Flashback to one of the sweetest little wedding cakes I have ever made, oozing with blueberries and zesty lemon curd.

Because not every wedding is big, not every cake needs to be big either.

Big or small, I am there for it all!!!!

Sometimes the prettiest things do taste the best!

A simply sweet 6-inch cake, for a birthday getaway spent at the luxurious beach front villas of Chocolate Gannets

Rich chocolate mud cake filled with a delighfully tart raspberry compote and a salted caramel buttercream.

Decorated with a cheery mix of edible pressed flowers from Pretty Produce

Sometimes the best moments are not big and over the top, they are sweet, simple and memorable, just like this cake.

Just a little Long-nosed Potoroo, doing what Potoroos do... hop hopping along.

These little marsupials are the namesake of The Potoroo Pantry and I am pretty lucky to be able to run across them occasionally at Wildlife Wonders in Apollo Bay.
