It’s always a little tricky to say goodbye - but change is inevitable and much change has come my way since starting this little adventure. The time has come to move on to new things, and so I must say a big thank you to all the family, friends and people in this brilliant little community that have shown their support for Crumble.

Big shout out to my family for their encouragement and putting up with me taking over our kitchen a solid week each month (and more!) couldn’t have done this without their support, amazing design skills and belief in me getting this off the ground (and quality assurance 🤭), my wonderful Father-in-law for the many early mornings holding my space with a trestle table and a coffee, and to the for being my home base the last 3 years.

I am so grateful to have met so many wonderful members of our little community, it has been a pleasure to share my baking passion with you all - may you have a wonderful festive season, or just a quiet and low-key recharge at this busy time.

To the many new friends and friendly faces I have made over these 3 years, have a safe and happy 2024!

The lengths we go to to make a gooooood bun.
A little spice, a little citrus zest, a mix of dried fruit (some of it from our family’s farm - you can check out their fresh grapes next to me at Cherry Lake Market on Sunday 2nd April) and a whole lotta waiting!!

Don’t be alarmed, only this little guy went for a snooze in the dryer - because we HAVE to taste test everything we bake 😉 just trust the process!

Get in early, we bet these won’t last long!
