Chocolate orange choux puffs today with house made candied orange peel, orange gel, chocolate chantilly and cacao nibs.

Thanks to everyone who has brought us citrus fruits recently - we really do respect and appreciate all the fruit people bring us and try to honour that in our products. So far we have candied peel, glacéd bush limes, dried and frozen zests, made 3 kinds of marmalade as well as curds, jellies and fluid gels and that’s just in the last month or so. We know we are making products unique to our location and we love that.

Speaking of unique, we have some unique-horns 🦄 in these cannoncini - crème patissiere filled puff pastry cream horns!

Heaps more special things on but check out the crumb on these pain au chocolat today, you love to see it 🤘

First pizzas up!

Just some of the beautiful desserts we have on offer tonight.

We got some cornetto and cannoli moulds this week so we gave those a go - crème patissiere-filled cornetto and ricotta, candied orange (local and house -made) chocolate and pistachio cannoli.

We also have chocolate hazelnut mousse entremets (GF), tiramisu, big macarons, an incredible basque tart with quandong and heaps more. Vegan and GF options available.

Starting at 5pm!

There’s a great event on this weekend that we’re really proud to support and are super excited for.

A few weeks ago, Youssef reached out to us to ask if we could make fresh pita breads. Not something we’ve done before but I was keen to try. Turns out we can make them pretty good!

So Youssef is organising a fundraiser at his home on Saturday, raising funds to support his 34 family members from Gaza, currently living as refugees in Egypt.

He’s making traditional Palestinian pitas with lamb and eggplant which look honestly sensational. We are donating the pitas and asking the community to support by coming out on the day to 38 Giles Street, Saturday 22nd between 1 and 5pm.
