We’re on the hunt for a Full-time Kitchenhand / Kitchen Assistant to join our little Home Grain crew!
Monday–Friday | Daytime hours 🙌
Experience in a kitchen is definitely a bonus, but it’s not essential. We can teach you the job. What matters more to us is who you are and how you work with the people around you.
We’re a small team, which means everyone pulls their weight. We work hard, have a laugh, help each other out and need someone who’ll fit right into that.
There will be plenty of cleaning (we’re a bakery, flour gets EVERYWHERE), plenty of learning, and plenty of jumping in wherever you’re needed.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- 🧽 Aren’t afraid of cleaning, it’s a BIG part of the job
- 💪 Are genuinely happy to work hard and keep moving
- 👂 Can listen, take direction and learn from the people around you
- 🙌 Can also see what needs doing and get on with it independently
- 🥐 Are keen to learn new skills
- 🤝 Understand that being a good teammate is just as important as being good at the job
- 😄 Bring a good attitude to work, even when it’s busy!
Skills can be taught. Work ethic, attitude and being a great human to work alongside are what we’re really looking for.
