We are currently on the hunt for some enthusiastic new people to fill a few more roles in our growing team.
🥧Full-time baker
About the role:
- A full time role based around a Sunday to Thursday roster
- Eye for quality and ability to work within a team is key
- Our shifts are 5am - 1pm, with the option and need for overtime on occasion
- Competitive remuneration for the right candidate
- Option for a flexible work/life balance roster
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to work with and produce a range of pies, pasties, sausage rolls, breads, donuts, pastries from scratch daily
- Be able to work with bread doughs of all types, including traditional sourdough and ciabatta. Ideally you will have experience shaping and moulding as well as mixing
- Ensuring consistency in product quality and taste
- Maintain a clean and organised work space
- Commitment to quality, sustainability, and food safety standards
☕Barista/customer service team member
About the role:
- Previous experience in a bakery or hospitality setting is essential
- Barista experience preferred - dialing in multiple times a day, opening and closing the machine, latte art, keeping a clean and tidy workspace
- Great communication skills and a friendly personality
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Key Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service, great coffee and a community focused environment, are all key aspects of this position
- Engage with the locals and get to know our customers on a personal level
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
