I personally love tiramisu, but finding the right balance between tradition and local taste has never felt convincing enough for me to confidently put it on the menu. Thanks to my Italian staff, I finally gained the confidence to do it.

I just wanted to tell you that I’ve been supporting your business for quite a while — from your online shop in the beginning to your Rundle Mall pop-up, I’ve always been a regular customer. I also really like how you keep introducing new products from time to time. I think that’s such a great move because honestly, this place is really a food desert 😂😂

Also, I really want to say that your mochi is seriously delicious. My boyfriend is Korean, and at first he refused to try it because he assumed it would be overly sweet, and he generally doesn’t like trendy products since he feels they’re often low-quality and not the shop’s true specialty. But after I basically forced him to try it, he couldn’t stop praising it too 😂

Even though the Dubai-style mochi trend is popular now, I think you were smart not to follow it exactly. Adding a whole fresh strawberry inside was such a clever and thoughtful touch. And what impressed us most was that you used real mochi skin instead of marshmallow on the outside — that really shows the care and effort you put into the product.

So I sincerely hope your business continues to do well and keeps growing, because we definitely want you to stay around for a long time so we can keep enjoying such good food 😜

We’re so grateful for this journey — moving to Adelaide a few years ago and starting from zero. From our regular pop-ups at Rundle Mall to now sharing another space here, it truly means a lot.

introducing our strawberry-filled creation, first of its kind in Adelaide.
