Julian is setting sails on a new adventure as a dancer with Princess Cruises! To wish him the absolute best on the high seas I crafted an ocean-inspired creation with buttercream wave effect, fondant seashells, an anchor, and delicate rice sails. An edible printedcruise liner with custom acrylic palm trees and sign.
For the flavour a classic vanilla cake layered with tart raspberry compote and silky Swiss meringue buttercream filling.
