🍋 Cheers to 30! 💙
I loved making this cake for a milestone 30th birthday. Every single bit of the design was carefully hand-piped, down to the tiny details, and finished off with fresh lemon slices and dainty daisies.
To go with the main cake, I also made a matching sheet cake—which is perfect if you need extra servings for a bigger crowd.
✨ Good news: I am officially taking orders for sheet cakes now! ✨

Every single element on this custom creation was designed to bring a touch of wonder to her special day. This cake features:
• beautiful handmade fondant unicorn
• Intricately sculpted fondant flowers in soft, dreamy pastel tones
• Delicate piping work for the trailing vines and whimsical details
• Completely edible moss textures framing the enchanted garden floor

🎠 The magic is in the details! ✨
I am so incredibly happy with how this carousel cake turned out!
This is only the second time I've had the pleasure of creating a carousel design, and I fell completely in love with every single detail.
For this sweet 1st birthday celebration, we went with a timeless, classy look, soft pastel pink palette paired with delicate white and gold accents 🎠✨
Cake is a delicious orange and poppy seed layered with silky vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream, coated in dark chocolate ganache and finished in fondant 🍊🍰

You were absolutely shining, and I know your night was amazing because you just couldn't stop smiling! You looked incredibly stunning. 💕

Every detail came together so perfectly:
• The Theme: A gorgeous palette of pink and white, accented with elegant gold touches.

• The Backdrop: The perfect pair of framed arches, featuring an inserted frame painted in pink to perfectly match the sleek pink arch, creating a bold contrast with a black sign to make a real statement.

• The Cake: Perfectly matched to the party's main colors, blooming with handcrafted fondant flowers that beautifully mirrored the backdrop florals.

• The Display: A unique hourglass-slatted plinth that served as the perfect pedestal for the cake.

To my beautiful daughter, watching you celebrate tonight was everything. I love you so much! 💖✨

I am so incredibly proud to share this statement cake I created to celebrate my daughter’s milestone Sweet 16! 🌸✨

This design is all about celebrating her journey ahead. It is symbolizing a whole lifetime of beautiful discoveries waiting for her.

Ii created blushes and vibrant pink in contrast with luxurious gold , Intricate hand -crafted fondant flowers paired with delicate sugar lace and edible medium wafer layers to create depth and movement.

For this special occasion, I debuted a brand-new flavor combination:
Rich, swirling vanilla and cake marble swirling with silky mars swiss meringue buttercream.
Happy 16th Birthday to my beautiful girl! May your future be as bright, sweet, and extraordinary as you are. 💕🥂

There is something incredibly therapeutic about transforming a simple piece of fondant into a lifelike bloom. I handcrafted this delicate white rose with a soft blush-pink center, carefully thinning and shaping each individual petal to give it that realistic, velvety look.
