With only 2 days left of trade until a new owner takes over our little gluten free bakery this will be my last post.
When we started 16 years ago we had no idea what we could achieve but we wanted to serve the Adelaide coeliac community with fresh, tasty and safe bakery food. You have supported us , encouraged us and given us the desire to keep going.
I want to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone who has ever bought our food. Thank you for dropping in and buying a hot pastie with sauce for your lunch, for having a regular weekly bread order, for coming in to buy in bulk to stock your home freezer, for buying dozens and dozens of hot cross buns and the many other reasons to come and buy our food.
We live in a wonderful state with lots of small businesses that supply each other with goods and we are grateful to all of them for their support.


So again, thank you, thank you, thank you.
