This October, I'll be participating in Flinders Foundation's Plate Up For Cancer fundraiser. I'm choosing to Plate Up For Cancer because, like so many of you, cancer has impacted my life and I have witnessed friends and family who have been through or are going through cancer treatments, or who have unfortunately lost their lives to cancer.

Flinders is home to some of the most inspiring and talented cancer researchers. And whether they’re working on breast, bowel, prostate, brain or a range of blood and other cancers, every day these dedicated researchers are striving to make new discoveries.

Tonight I made fresh gluten free pasta from scratch. Definitely not perfect, but pretty good for a first attempt if I do say so myself! 🍝
