This burnaway cake was ordered by Ly for her best friend’s birthday, featuring a precious photo of the two of them sharing a moment together as the sun sets 🌅💛

Inspired by the warm sunset tones in their photo, I chose shades of yellow and orange to bring the whole design together. And the flavour? Orange Citrus Butter Cake with Orange Swiss Meringue Buttercream Filling.

When Alisha turned 3, she had a unicorn cake from us. And guess what? 🥹 This year, as she turns 4, she asked for the exact same cake again! 🫶✨

She loved her first unicorn cake so much that she didn’t want to change a single thing. Honestly, how CUTE is that?! 🥰💕

So, of course, we had to recreate her favourite! A dreamy unicorn cake with pretty pink, purple and blue buttercream swirls, shimmering gold horns and ears, and the same magical vibes she fell in love with last year🦄🌈

🌳🍄 The Gruffalo Cake for Alex’s 3rd Birthday! 🐭✨

From his 1st birthday to his 3rd, I’ve had the joy of creating Alex’s birthday cakes year after year, and this time, we’re stepping into the magical world of The Gruffalo! 💚

With Alex loving The Gruffalo, I brought this much-loved character to life using Rice Krispies treats covered in fondant. The cake was transformed into a little woodland scene, complete with edible moss, mushrooms, rocks, trees and tiny autumn leaves. 🍄🌿

I even tried my hand at hand-painting the trees to create a forest backdrop too 😁🎨 Every little detail was made with love, and the best part? Everything on this cake is edible! 🤎

It’s always so special to be part of a little one’s birthday celebrations year after year. Thank you for trusting Heavenly D’lights to create Alex’s birthday cakes and bring his favourite characters to life! 🥹❤️
