These are Balah elSham, Egyptian churros but honestly they give the Spanish churros a run for their money. Balah elsham have a very addictive texture that makes you come back for more, they're crunchy on the outside and soft creamy on the inside oozing with the right amount of aromatic syrup 🤤😋

Hi everyone! In case you're wondering where I've been! Well, I had some time off because, I've been baking my very own bun in my very own oven! And now she has come to the world, I'll continue taking time off to care for my precious bun 🥰 Meanwhile, I'll post every now and then some old work that haven't been posted yet or some home bakes if actually got the time to do some with baby on my hand😅
I'm so grateful for you always thinking of and returning to my business. I'm sure you'll all understand the reasons for this break 🙂 Thank you for your continuing support 🤗
