I have a certificate 3 in commercial cookery and worked as a chef for many years. I uphold a high standard of quality in not only my baking and decorating, but also my food safety and hygiene practices. For your peace of mind. I have made the hard decision to close my books indefinitely. I need a break from cakes for a while and I am unsure when I will be taking more orders, but will let you know when I decide to reopen.
