• Italian Continental- vanilla sponge, vanilla & chocolate custard soaked with a liquor essence.
• Vanilla Slice- three layers of puff pastry with vanilla custard & soft fondant icing.
• Tiramisu- vanilla sponge soaked in coffee syrup blend with a fresh cream filling.
• Fresh cream and strawberries – vanilla sponge,

fresh cream and strawberry slices.
• Fresh cream and fruit/jam- vanilla sponge, fresh cream and fruit pieces (solely or a combination of kiwi/peaches/strawberries/banana) or a flavoured jam (apricot/raspberry).
• Cassata Style- vanilla sponge and with sweet ricotta, lightly soaked sponge.
• Chocolate Mud- rich velvety mud cake with chocolate ganache.
• Chocolate Mousse- chocolate flavoured sponge with a light mousse filling. Cannoli Cakes
• Jumbo shell- filled with small cannoli (20 pieces custard or Ricotta)
• Square formation- two layer stack (min 20 cannoli).
• Pyramid style (only 20 cannoli).

Gelati Cakes-
• 3 flavours per cake
• 3 full days notice required. NB: Please call or message our page for information regarding round/tall cakes. Cakes range in price depending on filling, size and decoration. Please enquire with as much information as possible. Orders are subject to availability.
