St George’s Bakehouse Greenwith is on the lookout for a friendly, experienced barista to join our team!
We’re offering casual hours to start, with the opportunity to move into part-time or full-time for the right person.
We’re a fast-paced grab-and-go environment, serving a high volume of takeaway coffees alongside our dine-in customers — so strong multitasking skills are a must.
What we’re looking for:
• A positive, bubbly personality with great customer service
• Confidence making quality coffee and engaging with customers
• Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy rush periods
• Someone reliable who takes pride in cleanliness and presentation
This role is more than just making coffee — you’ll be an all-rounder. When things slow down, you’ll help with front-of-house duties like clearing tables, dishes, and keeping the shop running smoothly.
On-the-job training will be provided, but prior coffee knowledge and experience is essential. We’ll show you how we run our machine and share our best tips for handling busy periods with ease.
