Huge results from the Baking Association of Australia national competition last week.

Orange Spot won ;

* Australia’s best Traditional Pasty
* Australia’s best Vegetarian Pasty
* Australia’s best Gourmet Pasty
* Overall best Pasty of any category with our Pepper Pasty.

Massive results for us, and a real testament to our baking team who worked really hard to get these results.

For the Bakery’s owner Nick Davey, this is a reward for all his work over the last 50 odd years of baking.
These awards just don’t happen, it’s a true statement to his work within the industry and his strive for perfection over this time.
