~ Hazelnut and Chocolate on Toasted Sea Salt and Olive Oil Focaccia ~

Roasted hazelnut gelato using Barcelona variety hazelnut from Orange, NSW - rippled with a Callebaut milk chocolate gianduja spread, made in house, naturally (no bu****it fillers or palm oil here).

And finally house-made 72 hour, slow proved focaccia, scattered with sea salt flakes via and a healthy dose of EVOO from - We cut the focaccia into pieces, caramelise until stupidly crunchy.
