I hope this post finds you all well.

I wanted to share some exciting news with you all – I have welcomed a beautiful baby into the world! Needless to say, the past few weeks/ months have been a whirlwind of emotions and adjustments as my family settles into our new life.

Adjusting to this new chapter has been both rewarding and demanding.

As I ease back into work, I'm excited to reconnect with each of you soon.

What is the worst experience of your life?

Mine is living through Hyperemesis gravidarum.

Uncontrollable nausea 24 hours a day. Vomiting 20 or 30 times a day. Unable to get out of bed. Losing hair. Damage to my teeth including minimum of 7 fillings and a root canal per pregnancy.

I could go on.

What was one of the memorable moments of your child's birth?

Newborns know their mothers at birth - I have seen that with my own eyes. I expected that.

What surprised me was that my newborn immediately turned to face his dad the first time Scott spoke.

A very magical moment for us :)
