I have just said to Richard - "It’s been a while, but I have just had a 'I love my Thermomix ' moment". Having roast pork for tea (as always leftovers is Sweet and Sour Pork tomorrow night) and decided we should have a sauce to go with our roast. Using apples from our tree I have just made a quick and easy Apple Sauce ❤️
