How cute is this watermelon inspired 7” Vanilla sponge cake with chocolate buttercream inside and white choc buttercream outside? 🥹

My first ever attempt at watermelon flavoured macaroons were a success too! Absolutely loved making this masterpiece 🎂

I had such a blast making this princess cake this weekend. It is a funfetti cake with white chocolate buttercream and fondant details.

She wanted a princess castle with a princess to match so that’s what she got 🥰

My latest labour of love. It’s not perfect, by any means, but I learned a lot doing this one for a friend. Chocolate cake with raspberry filling and white chocolate buttercream!! Delicious!

My latest creation. This one was going to be the death of me last night, but it came together this morning, so I was relieved. It’s not perfect, but from what I had, it’s a marvel!!!

My latest labour of love. I am still learning, so this took me a while, but I love the final cake (my first ever two tier caked) and the end results speak for the cake itself. White chocolate cake with raspberry filling and white chocolate buttercream. Delicious!!

This is my latest cake. As per my daughter’s wishes, it’s a unicorn rainbow cake that’s purple and pink!! Lol

This one we named “Death by Chocolate”, but I didn’t get a ‘finished’ pic, because I was under the pump to get to the birthday party on time (my partner’s 50th that I still had to decorate!)! I love this one!!
