We are currently at capacity and will not be taking on any more wholesale accounts. We’ve had a lot of interest as of late, and have basically filled every nook and cranny in our schedule and equipment. And with the warmer months approaching, it’s only going to get busier, so we need to leave a little wiggle room

We’ll be starting a waitlist for any wholesale inquiries going forward

Hey guys! Aaron here, the No1 bagel influencer in the whole entire cosmos, that is also super stoic, handsome, strong, and also brave.

As I’m sure you’re aware by now, Gumeracha was hit with some pretty gnarly winds on Monday morning that left the town without power for a few days. Which meant we haven’t been able to bake at all this week

We had a glimmer of hope when power came back, where I went and mixed bagels for the following day, only for the power to go out again and for those 700 bagels to be rendered over proofed. An unenjoyable bagel experience even if I had baked them. And on top of that, our dry goods order never arrived, which means I can’t mix this morning to bake tomorrow. A true s**t show

We will be taking the rest of the week off to return back on Monday as normal, with a fresh start. We will be bringing as many orders forward as possible

While this is super devastating, and we’ve lost a lot of stock and money, we don’t carry many perishables such as meat/dairy etc. so wasted stock was mostly just doughs I had prepared before the power outages. But it’s worse for others in the town. The Giant Rocking Horse even had to shut down

So if you have the time this weekend, make your way down to our cute little town, grab some coffee and lunch at get some Christmas shopping done at and help keep this town alive.

Hey guys! Aaron here, the No1 bagel influencer in the whole entire cosmos, that is also super stoic, handsome, strong, and also brave. PSA for y’all ⚡️

We’ve been hit with a pretty gnarly power outage which has meant we haven’t been able to mix today. Long story short, we will only be baking Wednesday (provided power is back by tomorrow morning) and Friday

But there’s a silver lining. I’ve been toying with the idea of baking only to Tuesdays and Fridays for a while now. It’s going to be unfeasible for me to juggle mixing, shaping, baking, and deliveries 4 days a week come summer. So this is a forced trial run of that idea. Mixing one day, bake the next, with an admin day thrown in the middle.

Because there won’t be a big juggle of tasks day to day, capacity will be lifted to whatever can fit in our fridge (about 700-750 I think). So if this schedule works this week, then as of next week, we will be baking just Tuesdays and Fridays going forward. With Wednesday standing orders being moved to Tuesday, and Thursday orders to Friday

This also adds flexibility for any unforeseen circumstances such as todays power outage
